Key responsibilities

• Record high-quality audio samples in Turkish, following precise linguistic guidelines to support AI model training.
• Transcribe and annotate audio data, ensuring accuracy and consistency in written Turkish.
• Evaluate and refine audio clips for phonetic clarity, accurate pronunciation, and natural language flow.
• Collaborate with the customer’s team to meet project objectives and uphold high standards for language data quality.
• Participate in speech data collection initiatives, providing vital input for AI language development.
• Apply your expertise in audio and language to troubleshoot, suggest improvements, and maintain data integrity.
• Communicate findings, issues, and best practices clearly and professionally in both written and verbal formats.

Required skills & qualifications

• Native or near-native fluency in Turkish with exceptional command of pronunciation and phonetics.
• Strong skills in audio recording, transcription, and annotation.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and an ear for linguistic nuances.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and deliver consistent, high-quality results remotely.
• Familiarity with or willingness to learn about AI workflows and data processing requirements.
• Commitment to upholding confidentiality and ethical standards in all work.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience as an audio engineer, voice actor, podcaster, musician, or related audio-focused field.
• Previous involvement in linguistic annotation or speech technology projects.
• Technical proficiency with audio recording equipment and software tools.
