Key responsibilities

• Administer and configure Slack workspaces at a user level, ensuring efficient collaboration and information flow.
• Develop and maintain Slack workflow automations to enhance productivity and streamline repetitive tasks.
• Integrate Slack with other tools and platforms to optimize team operations and increase engagement.
• Deliver remote training and onboarding sessions to ensure new users are comfortable and proficient with Slack tools and best practices.
• Analyze Slack usage metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for enhanced team usage.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand pain points and implement effective Slack solutions.
• Troubleshoot user-level Slack issues and provide timely, clear support and guidance to resolve problems efficiently.

Required skills & qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as a Slack user, with proven expertise in day-to-day platform usage.
• Strong proficiency with Slack administration, including managing channels, user access, and notifications.
• Experience setting up workflow automations within Slack to support team needs.
• Expertise integrating Slack with third-party applications and internal tools.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver engaging remote training and onboarding sessions.
• Comfort analyzing Slack usage metrics and preparing actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred qualifications

• Previous experience supporting AI training or data collection projects.
• Background in a collaborative, remote-first work environment.
