About this role

The company is engaging Senior Field Service Technicians to contribute expertise on a customer’s technical project. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input.

Requirements

8+ years of hands-on troubleshooting experience in industrial, HVAC, elevator, hydraulic, heavy vehicle, marine, rail, utility, or telecom equipment.
Advanced proficiency reading and interpreting wiring diagrams, electrical schematics, hydraulic and pneumatic layouts.
Deep familiarity with PLC programming, industrial controls, and fault-finding processes.
Strong working knowledge of US safety and operational codes (NFPA 70/79, ASME A17.1, OSHA).
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex diagnostics into clear documentation.
