Requirements
- Exceptional fine motor skills and manual dexterity in hands-on settings.
- Demonstrated ability to follow complex, detailed instructions with high reliability and consistency.
- Strong attention to detail, especially when performing repetitive assignments.
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with technical, gig, warehouse/operations, gaming, or other hands-on backgrounds—recent graduates are encouraged to express interest.
