About this role
The company is engaging Revenue Operations & CRM Systems Specialists (SaaS) to participate in a customer's complex systems alignment project. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of hands-on experience in revenue operations, sales operations, customer success operations, or SaaS implementation and onboarding with direct….
- Demonstrated ability to personally configure CRM systems (fields, workflows, validation rules, permissions) rather than delegating these changes to others.
- Experience working with at least two adjacent SaaS revenue tools such as billing/subscription management, CPQ/quoting, ticketing/support, project tracking,….
- Background in SaaS environments, especially in fintech, healthtech, insurtech, or companies with complex, multi-product implementations.
- Proven ability to assess and manage changes that cascade across interconnected systems, ensuring comprehensive operational integrity.
