Key responsibilities

• Transcribe complex Odia audio files to written text with a focus on accuracy and clarity.
• Utilize AI transcription platforms and tools to enhance workflow efficiency.
• Proofread and edit transcripts for grammatical, contextual, and semantic accuracy.
• Handle confidential speech data responsibly, adhering to data security protocols.
• Collaborate with multilingual team members to resolve transcription ambiguities and share best practices.
• Maintain organized records of transcripts and support audit and review processes.
• Adapt to various domain-specific vocabulary, ensuring correct usage in specialized contexts.

Required skills & qualifications

• Native or near-native proficiency in Odia language, with a strong grasp of grammar and syntax.
• Proven experience in audio transcription, preferably for complex or domain-specific content.
• Familiarity with AI transcription tools and technology-driven workflows.
• Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional proofreading skills.
• Demonstrated understanding of data confidentiality and information security.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Effective team collaboration and multilingual communication skills.

Preferred qualifications

• Prior experience with speech data processing or working with challenging audio materials.
• Exposure to projects involving multiple languages or AI model training datasets.
• Background in fields requiring specialized vocabulary (legal, medical, technical, etc.).
