About this role

The company is engaging Military Writing Specialists to support a unique project, leveraging expertise in military writing and reporting. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input.

Requirements

Former U.S. Department of War (Department of Defense) professional with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
Experience producing templated and standard reports such as Weekly Activity Reports (WARs), Situation Reports (SITREPs), After-Action Reviews, or similar….
Expertise spanning two or more branches of the U.S. military is a plus.
A diverse background across roles is highly valued.
Proven proficiency in written and verbal communication, particularly in conveying technical or operational subject matter.
Demonstrated ability to craft, grade, and review back office documents, PowerPoints, memos, and spreadsheets for military or federal purposes.
