About this role

The company is engaging Mechanical Design Engineer – CAD & Manufacturing experts to contribute technical expertise on a customer's engineering project. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input.

Requirements

Extensive industry experience in mechanical design, with parts successfully transitioned from concept through to manufacturing.
Expert-level proficiency in CAD software, with demonstrated capability across multiple platforms (e.g., SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Onshape, Inventor, Creo, NX).
Solid hands-on knowledge of FreeCAD for interpreting or referencing models.
Strong command of drafting standards, GD&T, tolerancing, and the creation of technical documentation suitable for manufacturing.
Deep understanding of various manufacturing processes, material selection, and DFM best practices.
