Key responsibilities

  • Create, review, and refine marketing documents including brochures, presentations, and reports in German using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Leverage marketing expertise to produce authentic content that reflects real-world business scenarios and strategies.
  • Evaluate and ensure accuracy, coherence, and clarity in German-language marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with a global AI training team to provide input for model development and quality assurance.
  • Offer insights into best practices for marketing documentation within Fortune 500 environments.
  • Apply advanced written and verbal communication skills to deliver feedback and documentation that sets a high standard.
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold data integrity in all project deliverables.

Required skills & qualifications

  • Native-level proficiency in German, both written and spoken.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with marketing documentation, preferably for Fortune 500 companies.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for document, spreadsheet, and presentation creation.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated expertise in creating compelling marketing content and collateral.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in written and verbal communications.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience residing or working in the US with native-level German proficiency.
  • Direct involvement in AI training, data annotation, or technology-driven marketing initiatives.
  • Familiarity with the latest trends in digital marketing and document automation tools.
