Key responsibilities

  • Leverage your marketing expertise to create, review, and refine a variety of marketing documents in French.
  • Develop, edit, and organize polished presentations and spreadsheets using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Ensure all content meets high standards of clarity, accuracy, and brand consistency in both French and English contexts.
  • Collaborate with the customer's team to identify marketing material needs and gather relevant data or information.
  • Provide expert-level insight into marketing terminology, document structure, and best practices.
  • Communicate effectively, providing both written and verbal feedback on marketing content for AI training purposes.
  • Utilize your experience working with Fortune 500 brands to inform document tone, style, and strategic messaging.

Required skills & qualifications

  • Native-level proficiency in French, with strong command of written and verbal communication.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing, focused on producing or managing marketing documents.
  • Demonstrated expertise with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience creating, editing, and evaluating a range of marketing collateral.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand voice across multiple document types.
  • Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Preferred qualifications

  • Direct experience working with or for Fortune 500 organizations.
  • Familiarity with AI-based projects or a keen interest in AI-driven content development.
  • Based in the US or an understanding of US-based marketing practices.
