Key responsibilities
- Create, review, and enhance marketing documents, presentations, and spreadsheets in both Chinese and English using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Leverage expert knowledge of marketing strategies and documentation to provide realistic, industry-grade content for AI training purposes.
- Analyze and assess marketing materials for accuracy, engagement, and adherence to Fortune 500 standards.
- Deliver clear, concise, and compelling written and verbal communication in Chinese at a native level.
- Collaborate remotely with the customer's team to ensure deliverables meet project requirements and timelines.
- Offer insights into cultural nuances and language intricacies relevant to marketing documents targeting Chinese-speaking audiences.
- Maintain high standards of confidentiality and professionalism throughout all interactions and deliverables.
Required skills & qualifications
- Native-level proficiency in Chinese, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or above, ideally in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in marketing and creating or managing marketing documents for high-profile clients.
- Proven expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, especially for document creation and data presentation.
- Demonstrated experience working with Fortune 500 companies or similar environments.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver polished, professional documents under tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting while collaborating with a diverse team.
Preferred qualifications
- Based in the US or with significant working experience in US-based organizations.
- Deep understanding of AI applications in marketing or document creation is a plus.
- Exposure to multilingual or cross-cultural marketing projects.
