Key responsibilities

• Transcribe and annotate Marathi audio recordings with high accuracy and consistency.
• Review, proofread, and correct transcriptions to ensure clarity and precision.
• Record new audio samples in native-level Marathi to enhance AI training data.
• Collaborate with the customer's team and follow established workflows for speech data processing.
• Apply domain-specific vocabulary and context to transcriptions as needed.
• Utilize AI transcription tools and provide feedback on their effectiveness.
• Uphold the highest standards of data confidentiality and information security throughout all processes.

Required skills & qualifications

• Native-level proficiency in Marathi, both spoken and written.
• Demonstrated experience in audio transcription and/or recording in a professional or creative context.
• Strong familiarity with AI transcription tools and speech data processing.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to proofread, edit, and deliver consistently accurate transcripts.
• Capacity for effective multilingual communication and collaboration in a remote setting.
• Commitment to maintaining data privacy and confidentiality standards.

Preferred qualifications

• Background as an audio engineer, sound engineer, voice actor, or podcaster.
• Familiarity with domain-specific vocabulary relevant to varied industries.
• Prior experience working on AI training datasets or similar projects.
