• Provide accurate and nuanced translation and interpretation between Mandarin and English across various business contexts.

• Support localization of documents, presentations, and marketing materials for Mandarin-speaking audiences.

• Act as a cultural liaison to help the team navigate cross-cultural nuances and drive successful engagement.

Required skills & qualifications

• Native or near-native proficiency in Mandarin, with exceptional command of both written and spoken language.
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proven experience in translation, interpretation, or language services for business or professional settings.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for linguistic accuracy and cultural sensitivity.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to communication.
• A commitment to delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.

Preferred qualifications

• Previous experience supporting cross-border teams or international business operations.
