The company is engaging Litigation Attorneys (Shareholder / LLC) to contribute to a cutting-edge project focused on evaluating and improving AI systems in the context of complex commercial disputes. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input.

Requirements

  • Licensed US attorney (active or lapsed) with authorization to practice in at least one US jurisdiction.
  • Minimum of 3 years of post-JD litigation experience with substantive work in shareholder and LLC disputes, including fiduciary duty claims, oppression,….
  • Demonstrated mastery in legal drafting for commercial litigation, encompassing discovery, motion practice, and strategic case development.
  • Proficiency in producing high-caliber written work product under direction, suitable for partner-level review.
  • Exceptional written English skills with command of legal register and precision in argumentation.
