Key responsibilities

  • Conduct critical reviews of AI-generated interview content focused on diverse legal topics and scenarios.
  • Evaluate legal reasoning, argumentation, and accuracy within training materials, recommending improvements.
  • Provide detailed feedback and recommendations to elevate the quality and relevance of legal interview questions and answers.
  • Ensure all materials reflect current laws, regulations, and ethical practices across applicable jurisdictions.
  • Spot issues, assess risk areas, and identify gaps in legal content, contributing to ongoing compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team members to continuously enhance AI models’ legal capabilities.
  • Manage multiple evaluation assignments efficiently while maintaining meticulous attention to detail and legal precision.

Required skills & qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in legal practice or legal research.
  • Proven expertise in legal research, analysis, and case law interpretation.
  • Demonstrated experience in contract review and drafting legal documents.
  • Strong knowledge of legal frameworks, regulations, and compliance standards.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and accuracy.
  • Acute issue spotting, risk assessment, and critical thinking abilities.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with a commitment to quality and deadlines.

Preferred qualifications

  • Prior experience with AI training, legal education, or content evaluation roles.
  • Familiarity with a broad array of legal domains and jurisdictions.
  • Advanced skills in legal argumentation and persuasive reasoning.
