Key responsibilities
- Review and correct machine-generated Italian text transcriptions to ensure complete accuracy and natural language flow.
- Record clear, high-quality audio of yourself reading provided or corrected transcriptions using a standard laptop microphone or better equipment.
- Perform detailed transcription and captioning for Italian language content, maintaining consistency and precision in all outputs.
- Collaborate with the customer's team to provide feedback on linguistic and phonetic accuracy.
- Maintain a quiet recording environment to ensure professional-grade audio free from background noise.
- Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of language data processing and review.
- Communicate effectively with both written and verbal updates, showing a strong commitment to quality and clarity.
Required skills & qualifications
- Fluent proficiency in Italian, with excellent pronunciation and intonation.
- Demonstrated experience in voice acting, language instruction, linguistics, or related fields.
- Strong background in transcription, captioning, or related language processing tasks.
- Superior attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality output.
- Access to reliable audio recording equipment, with a standard laptop microphone acceptable.
- Ability to work remotely and independently, managing your own schedule and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism.
Preferred qualifications
- Previous experience with AI training data or language data annotation projects.
- Background in linguistics, translation, or audio engineering.
- Experience collaborating in multicultural, multilingual team environments.
