Key responsibilities

• Leverage your active food delivery app account and order history to provide realistic user data and scenarios.
• Generate authentic search intents and document user journeys on grocery and food delivery platforms.
• Evaluate, annotate, and provide feedback on the relevance of search results and app recommendations.
• Document your thought process and reasoning with clear, well-written explanations in English.
• Collaborate remotely with the customer’s team to support ongoing AI training initiatives.
• Identify usability issues, suggest improvements, and flag inconsistencies across different platforms.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest app features and trends in food delivery and restaurant discovery.

Required skills & qualifications

• Active user of food delivery apps with documented order history (not a restaurant owner or driver).
• Strong familiarity with restaurant discovery and food delivery ecosystems.
• Ability to create realistic search intents and accurately evaluate search result relevance.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills — clarity and detail matter.
• Proficient in using smartphones or desktops with food delivery apps installed.
• Keen attention to detail and ability to provide high-quality, constructive feedback.
• Comfortable working independently and managing remote tasks efficiently.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in beta testing or user research for mobile apps or digital platforms.
• Background or interest in UX, AI, or digital product feedback.
• Exposure to a variety of food delivery platforms and markets.
