Key responsibilities
- Analyze, create, and review a wide range of financial documents in Japanese, ensuring high accuracy and clarity.
- Leverage advanced expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to generate, format, and assess financial reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Provide real-world financial content and feedback to support the development and training of advanced AI models.
- Communicate complex financial concepts and documentation requirements clearly in both Japanese and English, with keen attention to detail in written and verbal exchanges.
- Collaborate with the customer's team to deliver expertise and insights that will inform AI model improvements.
- Utilize your experience with Fortune 500 organizations to bring industry best practices into training AI systems.
- Respond to queries and review outputs to ensure financial data integrity and adherence to compliance standards.
Required skills & qualifications
- Native-level proficiency in Japanese, with strong command of written and verbal communication skills.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in finance, specifically in creating or managing financial documents.
- Proven ability to create and manipulate documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience working with Fortune 500 companies or similar large-scale organizations.
- Meticulous attention to detail and adherence to financial compliance standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for accuracy and quality.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience living or working in the United States, with deep familiarity of U.S.-based finance practices.
- Background collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or data annotation projects (a plus but not required).
