• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and crafting solutions for open-ended problems.
• Proficiency in designing educational content tailored for diverse learning contexts.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fully remote environment.

Preferred qualifications

• Background in human learning sciences, cognitive psychology, or instructional design.
• Experience working with AI or technology-enhanced learning projects.
• Previous work in assessment design or educational evaluation is a plus.
