About this role

We’re looking for a Director of Talent Operations, Strategy & Automation to build the systems and operating infrastructure that enable our human-data operations to scale. You will own the strategy and automation roadmap across Talent Operations, identifying where workflows should be automated, redesigned, or rebuilt. A core part of the role is shaping the Ops Platform, our internal system for managing pipeline creation, talent onboarding, subscriptions, and workflows across AI training deployments.

Requirements

Significant experience in operations strategy, automation, product operations, systems, or business operations.
Track record of turning complex, manual operations into scalable systems and workflows.
Strong product judgment and ability to translate operational problems into technical requirements.
Hands-on experience with process mapping, workflow design, automation, and systems implementation.
Experience partnering with Product and Engineering to build internal platforms or operational tooling.
