Requirements
- Active license to practice law in the United States.
- Recent experience (current or within the last 3 years) at a top-tier BigLaw firm, focusing on corporate law, mergers & acquisitions, private equity, or….
- Demonstrated expertise in commercial litigation and high-value transactional matters.
- Exceptional attention to detail in the analysis and interpretation of legal documents.
- Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex agreements and legal instruments.
