Key responsibilities

  • Develop, curate, and assess diverse content across digital platforms to support AI training objectives.
  • Apply industry-leading standards in editorial, publishing, and media production to ensure content relevance and authenticity.
  • Collaborate closely with other expert Producers, Editors, Directors, and Journalists to deliver impactful, high-quality materials.
  • Review, edit, and provide feedback on written and multimedia content with a critical, detail-oriented approach.
  • Leverage deep domain knowledge from academic, commercial publishing, or music environments to enrich project deliverables.
  • Communicate findings, challenges, and creative ideas with clarity in both verbal and written exchanges.
  • Contribute 10+ hours per week, balancing autonomy with proactive engagement in the broader project team.

Required skills & qualifications

  • 5-10+ years of professional experience in media production, editorial, publishing, or a related field.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English—this is crucial for success on the project.
  • Expertise in content strategy, editing, and collaborative cross-functional work.
  • Proven background in both academic and commercial publishing or music-related projects.
  • High attention to detail and ability to uphold strict editorial standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce quality content efficiently and autonomously in a remote setting.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with experience meeting tight deadlines.

Preferred qualifications

  • Located in the US, Canada, or UK; exceptional candidates from Europe or LATAM also encouraged to apply.
  • Experience working on AI, technology-driven, or data-focused projects.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new tools and evolving workflows in a dynamic environment.
