Key responsibilities

• Translate diverse content accurately between Belarusian and other languages, preserving meaning and tone.
• Write, edit, and proofread Belarusian language materials for clarity, consistency, and cultural relevance.
• Collaborate closely with AI training teams to annotate, evaluate, and refine Belarusian language data.
• Review and critique AI-generated Belarusian text, providing in-depth feedback for continuous improvement.
• Ensure all linguistic output meets established quality standards and aligns with project objectives.
• Stay updated on trends and changes in Belarusian language usage to inform content development.
• Contribute innovative ideas to enhance AI language model capabilities and performance.

Required skills & qualifications

• Native or near-native proficiency in Belarusian, with exceptional command of grammar and stylistics.
• Proven experience in writing, translating, and editing professional Belarusian content.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for linguistic accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex language concepts clearly.
• Experience working independently in a fast-paced, remote team environment.
• Solid understanding of Belarusian cultural nuances and contextual language usage.
• Familiarity with digital tools for translation and text editing.

Preferred qualifications

• Previous experience training or evaluating AI language models.
• Background in linguistics, computational linguistics, or related fields.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and processes.
