Associate Forward Deployed Engineer (aFDE)

About this role

We’re hiring junior engineers to help scale data ingestion and customer data workflows. You’ll work alongside core FDEs to prepare and transfer data, troubleshoot issues, build scripts and automations, and keep customers informed. You’ll start with clearly scoped responsibilities and receive guidance as you take on more technical ownership.

Requirements

  • Foundational programming skills, including the ability to write and debug basic scripts in Python or a similar language.
  • Familiarity with APIs and comfort using command-line tools and Git.
  • A methodical approach to troubleshooting and willingness to ask for help when needed.
  • Strong ownership, reliability, and attention to detail.
  • Clear written communication with customers and internal teams.
