Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Key responsibilities

  • Transcribe spoken Armenian content from videos with impeccable accuracy, clearly marking detailed timestamps.
  • Analyze and describe speaker emotions, conveying subtle shifts in tone and intent.
  • Evaluate and articulate grammatical constructs and word choices within complex language tasks.
  • Define conceptual meanings of words and phrases, providing contextually relevant explanations.
  • Deliver clear, well-organized written feedback and documentation suited for diverse audiences.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure linguistic quality standards are consistently met.
  • Dedicate at least 15 hours per week to assigned tasks, demonstrating reliability and commitment.

Required skills & qualifications

  • Native or near-native fluency in both Armenian and English, with exceptional command of grammar and vocabulary.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, attentive to detail and nuance.
  • Demonstrated experience with transcription, translation, or language analysis tasks.
  • High degree of cultural awareness and sensitivity to the subtleties of both languages.
  • Proficiency in using digital communication and collaboration tools in a remote work environment.
  • Strong analytical skills for evaluating tone, intent, and emotional expression in dialogue.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively with minimal supervision.

Preferred qualifications

  • Prior experience working on multimedia language projects or linguistic research.
  • Background in language education, applied linguistics, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with advanced transcription and annotation software.
