About this role
The company is engaging Adolescent/Child Safeguarding & Exploitation Specialists to contribute to a customer's project focused on assessing sexual safety and exploitation risk in adolescent scenarios. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years post-qualification experience in child safeguarding, adolescent-protection, or relevant clinical roles.
- Specialty background in child protection, forensic child/adolescent psychiatry or psychology, or paediatric medicine with a safeguarding remit.
- Active clinical license or registration in good standing.
- Current or recent (within the last two years) adolescent caseload or safeguarding practice.
- Demonstrated expertise in CSE/CSA risk assessment and mandatory-reporting requirements.
